- Why do you think Paul starts the list with what is true?
- What are some examples of some things that are noble?

- What are some examples of some things that are admirable?
- How would you imagine life is better for the person who thinks about such things?
- Romans 12.2 says we are transformed by the renewing of our minds. How can we cooperate with God in transforming our minds to think about such things.
- Just for today. How could you focus your mind on what is true and noble and right and pure and lovely and admirable and excellent and praiseworthy… just for today.
- Pray for one need in your friend’s life. Pray with your eyes open.
